Our shipping costs are listed below.
Australia: $12 (flat rate)
Overseas: $60 (flat rate)

The timeframe for delivery is based upon international courier times and regular Australia Post handling and delivery time.

Returns, Replacements & Exchanges
Within 7 days of receiving your order, you are able to request a return or replacement. As soon as you receive your order, be sure to try it on or see if it's a perfect fit. To request a return/replacement, please contact lefka@girlswithgems.com.au or call 0415 966 552. The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty.

Exchanges will only be made for a different size of the same item you are returning. Please make it clear which size you wish to exchange your purchase for when you request your exchange via emailing lefka@girlswithgems.com.au. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different product, we recommend you return your purchase for a store credit and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes in tact and in original condition. These boxes are considered part of the product.

Ordering & Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express for online sales. If you require an alternate payment method, please contact us on 0415 996 552 during business hours. All transactions are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

Payment is processed through SecurePay payment gateway. 

Promotions
If a discount voucher has been granted, please be aware that this cannot be used in combination with another offer. For instance, if you have a $100 gift voucher, this can't be used with a 20% discount voucher. These promotional discounts, however, can be combined with online promotions.
